I am a qualified psychotherapist since 2019 working with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or trying to understand patterns in themselves or in relationships that keep repeating.
My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human, understandable, and safe enough to begin.
I explain psychological patterns in a way that feels clear and relevant to everyday life, because understanding why we think, feel, and respond the way we do often creates the first real shift.
I work from an integrative approach, drawing from attachment, psychodynamic thinking, humanistic therapy, and psychoeducation, while always keeping the work grounded in who you are and what you need.
To become a therapist, you are required to sit with your own internal world first. That matters to me, because I know therapy can feel daunting, and I believe people respond best when they feel met by someone real.
